Ichy, that is going into the realm of circuitous logic - I support Happy party ideas, not RRR or LLL parties. But, I can't support them by actually doing anything, and if I do support them, I can't vote for them.

"The best candidate" isn't the best looking one, or one that smiles the most, or is tallest, most aggressive or demonstrates some other habits, gay, religious etc, which is what you seem to be saying. It's the one who agrees with my ideas of what should be done.

Which is, of course, the one who is in the party promoting my ideas [more than the other parties anyway, as I don't even agree with myself for long, so I won't find a party, or individual, in full agreement with me].

My candidate is necessarily the best candidate. Or, I won't be voting for them.

This is an odd idea: < as soon as you join a party, you have an agenda, > Everyone who isn't dead has an agenda. Whether they know it or not or admit it or not. First on the agenda is "What's for dinner tonight". Second, "Check out that chick" [or page]. Third, "Oh no, another bloody tax bill. I'm sick of paying taxes. I'm going to blow up the damn IRD!!" Fourth "How come my children are not doing well at school? They ought to hire better teachers. Pay them more." Fifth "I'm just popping out to the pub dear." Sixth "Hell, I hope the cops don't catch me driving home. I've only had half a dozen so I should be okay. I had a meal too, so that should absorb some. Man my guts are getting big. It seems yesterday I could sprint around a mile in no time. Maybe I should get a blood pressure check."
