If Cisco did not acquire a large internationally-based company during FY2006, that likely would be true. I haven't had the time to look into that. Since it's your assertion, would you do that? BTW the word "assertion" is precise: assertion -- "Something declared or stated positively, often with no support or attempt at proof." - answers.com
