Thats what I do with my kids. I coach but I left it up to my assistant to decide the QB. I don't want it to look like I'm just playing my son. I've taught him the 3,5 & 7 step drop and how to lead the team. Teaching is all well and good but you must love your kids first - and that I do. You only get one chance to make a difference in a kids life. All my kids get to play and as a result they've become over achievers. I think athletics teaches a kid a lot and it helps them become more disciplined.
