The guy is my congressman.
He picked "hotbottom" up from the personals in a gay mag. He put him on his personal payroll as a housekeeper, yet neglected to pay fica for him. The IRS looked the other way, as did the capitol police when Barney fixed all the guy's parking tickets. Barney was reprimanded, not censured, when they found out about the prostitution ring being run out of his apartment.

Yes, that's why I said I didn't care about Frank. Other than he got off, on something against the law. There are lots of people that most of us don't care who they live with or sleep with. Robin Williams, Bobbie Brown, OJ, etc etc etc etcccc...

Foley is a sleazy guy ...and honestly there are several on both sides of the aisle in Congress, that I would say the same thing about. I felt, and still do, that Clinton's actions were sleasy as well. If he wanted to have an affair...he certainly had enough money to go to the nearest motel 6 or 66, or whatever. Who would have cared then? The White House is the House of the People. I wouldn't let that happen in my house. Why would we let it happen in OUR house?

Which Kennedy did you speak of? JFK? or Bobby? Or Teddy? or Patrick?
