It's interesting that he said (assuming it's an accurate quote), "bring...to" instead of "keep at a reasonable price." Does that mean SA wants prices lower than they are now?

If Turki was serious about lowering prices for the disadvantaged, he wouldn't be waiting a month or two for the next Opec meeting. Also, where's he been for the last year. This all sounds like posturing to me.
