Mish, Enjoyed reading your site. Very interesting. The real estate market is cooling here in New York too. Many homes have been on the market for many months and are simply not selling. This creative home loan financings over the last four years allowed many to buy who otherwise would not have been able to. Interests rate are key here to this market's viability moving forward. Interesting times.
