>>``To sustain its economy, Singapore is building casinos to attract corruption money from China,' Xie said.<<

Andy Xie is Soooo correct. It is kind of ironic that WB and IMF chose that tiny place for their meeting. Although I think Singapore may bet a little too late for China's corruption money. Hu's anti-corruption movement now finally starts to see some light due to Jiang's proteges falling down one by one. Jiang has been the main reason why China's anti-corruption has not seen much result.

Xie holds a doctorate in economics and a Master's degree in civil engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

MIT is great! Henry C.K. Liu holds a Ph.D. in civil engineering from MIT, and he is great at macros, too.

After reading this news the 2nd time, I suspect Andy Xie might have some enemy within Morgan Stanley, and it was this enemy of him exposed his Internal only email, and got Xie fired. Andy Xie is still too young, but this incidence will make him smarter<g>
