yeah these are all pics from along the beach here
i'm at the end of a pennisula
my grandpa snatched up this property on the cheap many years ago

i do not fish except for on rare occasion.. but my lil brother is an avid angler (and that's putting it mildly).. he also works for the fisheries subdivision within the minnesota department of natural resources..

the lake is frozen from late december until late march or so

i do not do much driving on it but you will see cars scurrying about from january until february

all icehouses are ordered off the lake on the last day of february

i do not kayak or sail tho i would love to try each

'sea' kayaking along the shoreline of lake superior is said to be quite spectacular
