Well, so far, I haven't talked to anyone who has done this and is unhappy with it. I've been told to expect to pay about $1800 per eye. I'm not sure of the wisdom at my age. I may just get a new pair of contacts. The ones I'm using now are 5 years old. That was the nice thing about them, my prescription rarely changes. My old eyes correct to 20/15 which is incredible. I'll have to see what the doc tells me.
