Bought QCOM today at $36.45, sold Oct. 35 call for 2.20, if-called return in 14 days (plus 3 for weekend till funds available) is 2.18%, annualized is a nice number.

Picking up some pennies on the track? Probably so....

I think you did better selling the Oct 35 puts :))

UF, I don't want to be, um, negative but... it is October. October that is statistically the second worst month for the markets. The "Black Tuesday" October.

Selling naked puts in October send shivers down my back. You have more courage than I do.
