So you're saying Jobs "did the right thing" by refusing the options, even though at the time the options had zero value?

(btw, in exchange for returning the worthless options, he was given a nice fat stock grant instead- which certainly DID have value)

How this equates to Jobs "being out of the mud" is beyond me. He had backdated options that had become worthless, and he exchanged them for a boatload of granted stock. Umm, hello McFly?
