Indeed, the markets will close higher tomorrow and my target for next week DOW is 12,087 before a light, healthy pullback takes place....then, it's off to the races again beginning of Nov. into elections. Today's morning consolidation in both the DOW and NDX was TEXTBOOK, and that is where I doubled my call position. You could just smell the fear all those short traders were exhibiting, hoping for a market pullback that never came :)
