Oh please, not another "we lost because it was stolen by someone" excuse. I'll try to explain my point again. In 1994 the Republicans won because they presented a plan to why you should vote for them. In 1996 the Republicans thought they would win votes by letting everyone know Clinton sucks, without giving any reason to vote FOR Republicans. Democrats did the same thing in 2004. They said "you should vote for us because Bush sucks". It didn't work in 1996 and 2004 and it will not work in 2006 or 2008...
