USA data is storage data is adequate, OECD data is outdated and weak, outside of OECD data is non existent.

OECD is essentially a good proxy for global storage because outside of OPEC & OECD who else uses and/or produces oil/products?

Just an off the cuff response.

"Do you know where the correct chart is showing all global inventory against days of demand?"

As Quehubo stated outside of the OECD it's a best guess.

Here's the data from EIA regarding Opec and Non-Opec production (Select countries..) and OECD consumption. Doesn't clarify days to cover.

The best one can see with any precision and timeliness is IEA reports for OECD countries. They cover about 50 b/d out of 85 b/d that we use worldwide. There is about 6 week delay.
