Just speculation but I think the days ahead storage in the USA and OECD Europe are way ahead of the rest of the consumer regions.

OPEC nations may not consume much but I suspect they have a good deal of storage.

I think the point being that OECD nations days forward cover would be dragged way down if you looked at global forward days cover.

All this speculation about storage, if OPEC does not convince the market it is going to really cut, then the traders will force them with much more pain for all of us longs. Storage wont matter, the OPEC issue needs to be resolved long before markets may tighten because of storage draw downs.
