It seems to me the Republican leaders in Congress are hysterical for a reason. Yeah, I remember you using lots of expressions like that. You argued a false position vehemently for months saying "Where there are accusations against Republicans they must be true." Or something like that. You position is predictable, Republicans always wrong, democrats always ok. Recent history would suggest that its mostly the GOP who are wrong. For some time, I have told you someone needs to deal with the problem. Instead, you told me the Dems were the problem. How do you know the Soros orchestrated, carefully placed accusations are truthful? We have learned from his allies Gore and Moore that when a democrat makes accusation, they are generally trumped up. You understand that Hastert tried this tactic and it only angered conservatives more. There is no Democrat anywhere near this problem. This is all Republican doing. I have told you before........you all are in some very bad denial. There are some serious problems in the GOP. I am surprised at how badly the corruption the party has gotten. And frankly, I think Foley is the least of the GOP's problems. If Foley did what he is accused of then he is almost as bad as Clinton, and should have gone quickly and quietly. If he, like Stubbs and Clinton actually had sex, then I guess your democrat position is he should continue to serve for several additional years. I don't agree with that, but that would be the consistent position for you to take. I am not in the position of deciding what's best for Stubbs, Clinton or Foley. I think its up to their constituents. Its unfortunate that people in political office are limited in what they can do if they need help. There are a number of politicans who need therapy.........I think Clinton, Stubbs, Foley and Crane fall into that category. "Pick a side, any side. Let's hear your complete points of view." I never condoned Clinton's behavior. I just didn't agree with the punishment you thought was appropriate. Someone who is that age is not equipped to deal with that kind of approach. Like Clinton did with interns? Ok, you are being a hypocrite. The pages are 16. Monica Lewinsky was 22. This is not the same thing no matter how hard you try. At the same time, I feel sorry for Hastert. Clearly, he was not equipped to deal with such a problem. You must have felt sorry for Hillary. She sure moved from pitiful to vexatious litigant in no time flat. I did feel sorry for Hillary Clinton. You didn't? The truth is sexual predators exist at all levels of our society.....Republicans or Democrats, rich or poor, educated or uneducated....they run the gamut. All societies have them.....whether its this country or Japan or Saudi Arabia or Brazil or Austria. Yep, and you spent tens of thousands of word defending the most egregiously public of them, Clinton. BTW - did you notice that the age of consent in DC is 16, and that Foley's accuser says he was over 18 when approached? I guess they didn't fit with your theme, so they were easy to miss. Not all the pages Foley interacted with were over 18. You know that as well as I do. If ... understood the problem better, he would have understood that ... predators are smooth talkers who tend to be sociopaths. So I could see Clinton acting all remorseful in front of ... and saying it will never happen again and then laughing all the way back to his office. That really shows off your hypocrisy. You're rather hopeless.
