For CPI:
bls.gov

Scroll down to "CPI-All Urban Consumers (Current Series)"

Scan across and click on "Create Customized Tables (multiple screens)"

Screen 1) for local info, you need to click on NSA (not seasonally adjusted).

2) Pick your area (Ventura isn't on the list, but LA is - or you can pick by city size).

3) Current

4) This screen you can pick total CPI, CPI without housing, etc. You can make multiple selections - just hold down the CTRL key.

5) Monthly.

6) pick the years you are interested in.
