I'm sure it is shocking that someone points out that this is not a fanclub or the personal hangout for AMD employees. This is an Investment forum and all points of view should have equal validity as long as they are related to AMD as an investment. Be they positive or negative it shouldn't matter. What should be shocking is that someone has to explain that to you.

Over the years, I'm still puzzled by those that tell me whether a poster on the AMD board is an Intel employee or not is irrelevant.

It's my understanding AMD employees are not to post as they are representatives of the company just as any company's employees are representatives and can be held liable for their comments.

Therefore it is my view that since Intel condones the practice, it must be viewed as a benefit to Intel.
