Iraq "expert" Kristol puts the blame for Foley on Florida voters.

KRISTOL: Well, Foley is responsible for it, and the voters in Florida, I guess, who elected him. Maybe they should have known better.

Yeah, right. The voters in Florida would know every thing that Foley is doing in DC. Jabba Hastert claims he did not know. How come is it OK for Jabba to not know while the people of Florida "should have known better"?
