There is no public Bush plan. There never has been a public plan. One can only guess at the actual plan by what we see. 14 permanent military bases and the world's largest embassy complex. It's obvious what the plan is...occupation. That's coming at an increasingly high price in blood and treasure. The question has to be asked: Who benefits from all this? The answer is definitely not the American people. Only special interests benefit, and they do so quite handsomely at our expense. Get out the peaches.
