Getting off the Grays and Pinks takes time, but at least other companies, like GCHR, have filed their 15c-211s, gotten a Market Maker, and answered all the rounds of NASD questions.

These guys seem to be playing pocket pool, and hoping they can do some kind of R/M or ther slight-of-hand to solve their dilemma.
