I dont care if it is HELD in a margin account, they CANNOT BE BORROWED..firms dont allow a schmuck to margin and borrow against the shares and firms also dont allow retail shorting of bb/pink stocks. While I certainly agree with most of your post, the above is incorrrect. I don't want to invite more competitors for borrows to my broker, so I won't name names.
