I'm with you. I bought alot in the mid-90's and enjoyed a really nice ride. Made alot of money and lost some in the downturn. But got back in early 2005. This ride has already been nice too and I expect it to continue for the next 4 years. Won't be as good as the 90's, but it should be a market beating return nonetheless.
