iml, Re:BRCM v QCOM- thanks for your reply. Just came back for Gilder's Telecosm, with my head swimming, and trying to catch up on the QCOM threads before leaving again. I’m getting the judges mixed up also. Battaglia issued the “gag” order from the Wed Oct 4 settlement conf, but the BRCM “lying” PR came out of Brewster’s court on Monday Oct 2. Perhaps after reading the BRCM "lying" PR on Tuesday, Judge Battaglia issued the "gag" order on Wed in his case.
