Chris, personally, I wouldn't classify GE as a partner, because of the license deal...more like CPTC has to pay the piper for something GE invented, or owns.

Say, who was this with? I've forgotten..."The signing of this license with GE is important to fulfill terms of an Irrevocable Letter of Commitment to purchase 400 megawatts of DeWind D6 turbines for delivery in the US commencing no later than the first quarter of 2008."
