RE: SEC action / holding certs, by Electric

Electric adds to reader value,

"...have seen the SEC take swift action on stocks,
it just doesnt happen too often."

Yes! This does happen, periodically. I think this is
part of what is perplexing many. This information coming
out of CSHD is so absolutely ludicrous, I am also somewhat
surprised the SEC has not at least suspended trading.

I do know a lot of complaints, actual number unknown,
have been filed with the SEC about CSHD. I am guessing
when enough complaints are filed, the SEC has no choice
but to begin an investigation. How many complaints does
it take? I do not know, maybe twenty, maybe fifty?

I agree with your comments about pinks sheets and similar
not being given much attention by the SEC. This is very
common knowledge. My opinion is the SEC attitude is,
"Pink Sheet traders deserve what they get."

Electric also adds,

"...Holding certs will not stop the shorts...."

Boy Howdy! Almost any fool knows taking paper certificates
is amongst the worst of "things" to be done. Traders should,
literally, never take paper certificates.

Contrasting this, we do hold some paper certificates in
a bank we helped found, but this is a high price stock,
a sound stable company, and we took those certificates
before this bank went pubic through an IPO. Taking paper
certificates for these circumstances, is very common.

However, taking paper certificates for a pink, taking
the paper for CSHD, is plain idiocy. I do not think
I need to discuss how you cannot trade paper certificates,
certainly not on the public markets.

I have watched this Tut character, have watched Harris
and company strongly pushing share holders to take paper.
This is extremely suspect. I have not quite fit together
the pieces of this scam puzzle, but I am confident this
is part of an larger scam effort. Again, taking paper
certificates is a major mistake, a very stupid mistake.

Recently, I watched a character over on Allstocks, shoot,
cannot remember his moniker, but for weeks he has been
pushing readers to take paper certificates. Very odd,
very surprising, he very recently wrote he changed his
mind on paper certificates and did not take the paper.
Based on his dialog over a month, my opinion is he is
working with Tut, working with Harris, working with many.

This Tut character, whom so many idolize and genuflect before,
my opinion is he is either smart as a bucket of rocks or
he is a player in this scam. I believe him to be a scam
player because this "advice" he gives to mindless minions
is a type of advice which would have a broker sued. Tut
consistently issues advice which is very contrary to
wise and prudent trading strategies; he is only suggesting
what traders should _never_ do. This paper cert thing,
trapping the shorters, a reset price, all of that stuff
is absolute fiction, not a word of truth.

Ha! First it is five-billion dollars raised for rebuilding
after nine-eleven, then, no, five-billion dollars raised
for the Republican party. Come on, Harris would be a famous
national hero, would be on television, would be smoking
cigars with Clinton, would be sitting in the Oval Office
chatting with Bush about bicycles.

How stupid are readers to believe such obvious deceit?

Well, stupid enough to join efforts to have banished
those who are seasoned traders, those who are offering
excellent counters to pumping.

* screams *

Idiots! Everywhere I read, idiots surrounding a very
few who are intelligent seasoned traders working at
introducing reality and truth.

I also read a lot of innocent naive people out there
who are just beginning to trade stocks with family
money, who are working at securing a better life
for themselves and their children.

Just as I read zillions of pump and dump con artists
working at stealing money from families, with the
help of website administrators and moderators.

This really annoys me. The end result of these zillions
of discussion board criminals is children being victimized.
Those crooks are stealing away the futures of children.
I rate those zillions of pump and dump criminals working
discussion boards as no better than child molesters.
