North Korea cannot be dealt with in the manor that Clinton and Allbright did. North Korea's nuclear detonation is a direct result of their "diplomatic" efforts. It takes years to get enough concentrated fissile material to detonate a bomb. If he had been paying attention to the world outside his pants it might never have happened. LOL. Dierks come back in from outer space. Your boy has had six years to correct the mess and he doesn't even have a blow job to show for it.
