North Korea cannot be dealt with in the manor that Clinton and Allbright did. North Korea's nuclear detonation is a direct result of their "diplomatic" efforts. It takes years to get enough concentrated fissile material to detonate a bomb. If he had been paying attention to the world outside his pants it might never have happened.
