North Korea is full of it. But Bush has made them more dangerous by rattling their cage, calling them "evil" then ignoring them and refusing to speak to them. Bush's policy toward North Korea and Iran both really makes no sense at all. It has made both those countries more dangerous and the US less secure. In fact Bush does not have a single foreign policy success in 6 years. He's the worst commander in chief and diplomactic president we have ever seen.
