What's the point of exposing the scams? They are already exposing themselves.

However, SEC thinks the BB is a nude beach - exposing oneself is fine there. No point in exposing if there is no law enforcement.

Just look at CSHD - my gosh, how could you expose them any more than they already expose themselves?
