The evil-doers now have a crude nu-cu-lar device. I am told the North Korean leader is a fan of Daffy Duck, and good scotch, as am I. The United State of America will not allow evil-doers to threaten us or our friends in the world. I will direct my staff to consider a full embargo of Daffy and other American cartoons on the North Korean regime, unless they co-op-erate with us soon. I have dealt with other evil doers previously - such as the Tal-i-ban - and I do not hesitate to do so in the future, should this be required....
