OK! hahah. I like Willow Glen and am following it. Thats the only reason. I doubt very seriously WG is falling any more than anywhere else.

Bottom line- all these ranchers were priced over one million in many desirable locations in the bay area and the reality is, with the exception of Palo Alto and Menlo Park, $1mm ranchers is about 200K too high.

2 regular professionals need to be able to afford a 3BR2BA rancher in a nice area. Over 1mm requires a large down payment and I think that puts them over the top. JMO.

PS did you hear Tower Records is Liquidating?
