You assume that because AMD makes a statement in its antitrust complaint that AMD is on solid ground. You should note that most of AMD's antitrust claim, the part related to foreign activities, was recently dismissed by the Delaware Court.

AMD was sure wrong about that part of its claim. Stay tuned to learn where the rest of AMD's claims are worthy of legal relief.
