Petz, agreements with different OEMs will vary widely, and this is to be expected. AMD's lawyers will find any sort of "monopolistic innuendo" that they can, but in the end, I'm sure the judge will toss out most of their allegations and leave behind the gray areas. Which of course is exactly what AMD is hoping for with its mudslinging campaign, if you ignore the hyperboles in their PR.
