Wasn't MicroSoft declared a monopoly as one of the findings of their anti-trust trial?

Yes, in the Findings Of Fact portion of the Judge's rulings IIRC. Had there not been a trial, there wouldn't have been such a Finding Of Fact.

There is no "Medal of Monopoly" that you have to be mindful of only once so awarded.

A business that weilds "market power" must act as if a court would find them to be a monopoly if their practices should come under antitrust scrutiny.
