IOW, he did not admit that Intel did any of the things AMD alleges, but says they would have been legal anyway.

Petz, you're entitled to an opinion just like anyone else. Don't fool yourself into thinking it's anything more than an opinion. You've heard AMD's spin, nothing else. When the facts are laid out you will see what really took place, not just what AMD says took place.

It will all come out in the wash.
