It is looking like Dubya lucked out. Seems NK fired a dud. The yield apparently was less than a kiloton, so they botched it. No one has managed to do that before... It doesn't surprise me. Given the videos coming out of that country, I am surprise it hasn't imploded long ago. I am sure everything they are trying to do...fire off a missile or split an atom.......is done with chewing gum and paper clips.
