It is looking like Dubya lucked out. Seems NK fired a dud. The yield apparently was less than a kiloton, so they botched it. No one has managed to do that before...

It doesn't surprise me. Given the videos coming out of that country, I am surprise it hasn't imploded long ago. I am sure everything they are trying to do...fire off a missile or split an atom.......is done with chewing gum and paper clips.

There are people saying it might not have been nuclear... a fake out with coventional explosives. Some people will do anything to get into a "club".
