Well that's your "spin". That doesn't make it true.

No, ephud, that's not quite it. AMD is saying X happened, and X is illegal. Intel spokesperson Chuck Mulloy says no, X is actually legal behavior. There is no need to obfuscate with Y and Z.

Again, that's AMD's spin. AMD says Intel gave rebates X, and those rebates were for Y. Intel says yes X happened but they were for Z not Y. Both agree on X but disagree on if it was for Y or Z. You have seen no evidence, you've only heard AMD's spin and yet you've swallowed it hook, line and sinker. That's prejudice by definition. Wait for the facts. It will all come out in the wash.
