Aye, laddie, it means that you have interpreted my lingo exacto mundo...you are THE MAN and prove that not all thinking Americans are underneath the ground. I have applied some of your thinking in the direction of my tax assessor, who has decreed that my humble abode has doubled in value since last year...by arguing in an appeal that it isn't the land that has appreciated in value, it is the dollar that has declined due to inflation, which represents a hidden tax upon the people. Wonder how much good it will do me? I'll know after the appeal is read and acted upon but won't hold my breath in the interim. Moggy
