The question of harassment toward females is somewhat settled; don't do it. A woman's behavior does not excuse the male perpetrator. It is also apparent that the current conditions may be leaving us with a disparity. There is no restriction on a woman who may be intentionally provoking male sexuality outside of conventionally accepted courtship ... a typical hooker standing on a down town curb for example.. or someone behaving similarly but with the intention only to 'tease' men.
