FTD's would be a problem

if the buyers in the failed deliveries are prevented from selling their shares, voting their shares, or collecting their dividends.

Like I said, I'm pretty slow with this complicated stock market stuff, but I haven't seen any allegations of people being unable to sell shares they've bought. Vote shares they've bought. Or collect dividends paid by the company on shares they've bought.

Am I wrong in that assumption? (and without the hostility please. You scare me)
