CLinton had North Korean neutralized, in a box, with video surveillance of their nuclear plant.

Bush let them out of their box and made them ten times as hostile with his Axis Of Evil threats. The rightwing has been attacking Clinton's North Korea policy for years, but they have no alternative but to make things worse and more dangerous. Now, the best Bushies can possibly hope for is to return to the Clinton policy of containment.

As James Baker says, it's very important to talk to our enemies. Bushies refuse to do that and that has failed miserably as a policy.
