How much would you charge a terrorist for a nuke? $1Billion, $5Billion? Maybe he could sell one to Iran, they can afford it with our oil $'s.

I know he wants them as a deterrent, but this man is about as ethical as Hitler. He has sold weapons before and he has an active currency counterfeitting program. This guy would sell nukes in a second, if he thought it would be untraceable to himself.
