No, not at all. And thank you for that little detour through la-la land. It sure is easy to knock down that strawman you set up.

Back in the real world, we grownups were talking about the merits of practices that AMD alleges actually occurred, and which Malloy says are legal.

Not pretend, made up smokescreen strawmen.

Here you go. Take another crack at them. This time, don't sidestep the issue of the credibility of Intel's (Malloy's) statement by demanding proof.
