"...so long as people get angry when confronted with ideas they oppose, that friction will lead to smoke, if not fire. I think Keith was complaining that the ACLU acts as a government entity to promote the non-religious perspective (other stripes) while opposing the religious perspective. If that is a valid complaint, then we have opened the government's door to the very friction that religious freedom was designed to eliminate. If that is wrong, Keith can speak for him self when he returns.
