If you're talking about leaning overwhelmingly one way or another, evangelical white protestants are in the same category as Jewish voters and black protestants, according to your link. I guess you could call them voting blocs.

If 80% of pro-choice people vote for one party, is that also a bloc?

My problem is with the term "evangelical".

That is a subset of the various Christian groups,
as your Pews link plainly shows.
