Clinton was very on the ball on counter-terrorism.

I know you didn't intend that to be funny, but it was.

As soon as they told Clinton Alm Qaida was to blame he declared secret war on them. And the rightwingers in congress mocked Clinton for it.

Provide documentation of any conservative mocking Clinton for waging any sort of war on AQ. Clinton was mocked for a lot of things but not that.
