Bush doesn't have a single foreign policy success, just a lot of disasters. This comes from his deep-rooted hatred of diplomacy. From his first trip to Europe until now, Bush and his people have thumbed their nnoses at all other countries except Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, whom they kiss butt with. And Bushies refuse to talk to any enemies, ignorantly believing that just by threatening them and ignoring them that will somehow lead to peace and tranquillity. On foreign affairs, even a chimpanzee could have done a better job, and the GOP congress hasn't said a word, they are the appeasers of these disasterous policies and the abyssmal failure in Iraq. CLinton had many great foreign policy successes and even came close to making peace in Israel because he really worked hard on it.
