these look like breakdowns of descending triangles. As you say, descending wedges have bullish ramifications, which is absent from these charts. Furthermore, descending wedges occur over a greater number of candles, IMO. They depict selling getting washed out and overdone. These charts lack that washed out aspect. I would look for capitulation in those stocks or a longer term base for turnaround potential.
