The fact that Dell went w/ AMD should tell you otherwise.

Don't bother telling me that it was all due to the lawsuit, because there is no evidence that Intel is running scared of it. Not only that, but you'd also be taking credit away from the Opteron engineers and technical marketing staff who won market share the old fashioned way: not with lawsuits, but with good products.

You can look at this as not limiting free speech, but limiting defamation without warranted proof. Soon to come IMO, first on the personal side and then for corporations.... Ahhh, the growing power of the internet...
