You are not, as far as i have heard allowed to choose fares. Last i heard if you skipped a fare because of the neighbourhood or particularly the colour of a passenger your goose was cooked. Now they are refusing service to people who are doing nothing illegal, simply because they are carrying something they are legally entitled to carry. Time to remove them from the Airport. It is that simple if you don't want to carry airport passengers, don't pick up at the airport.
